Users may browse event programmes, access digital content, create personalized agendas, view attendee profiles, and participate in discussions by posting or replying to session-related questions.

To access certain features of the App, users must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You may register multiple email addresses under one account.

3. User Conduct

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
• Post or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or functionality of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EasyPlatform Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
